ManpowerGroup y Junior Achievement les preguntaron a más de 3,000 jóvenes entre 18 y 29 años de 14 países de Latinoamérica:

- ¿Tuviste dificultad para encontrar trabajo en los últimos 12 meses?
- ¿Cuáles son las razones por las que consideras que no te contratan?
- ¿Qué factores son importantes para aceptar un trabajo?

 Aunque hay similitudes entre los puestos que buscan los jóvenes y los que ofrecen las empresas, indudablemente existe una desconexión entre ambos y muchas oportunidades a desarrollar. Para acercar a ambas partes, este estudio busca entender las dificultades que transitan los jóvenes en la región y propone estrategias tanto para los candidatos, las empresas, los gobiernos y los centros de estudios para abordar estos retos.
